Set of (12) modularArts InterlockingRock® Tiles

CHELSEA™ is part of our EZ-Seam™ product group, which means there is no seaming, sanding or filling, only caulking at the joints. This tile is designed to include your choice of inserts in standard walnut or black ebonized walnut. Tile-to-tile joints are bridged by the inserts, making the the seams in these areas disappear, and also cover the screws!

TILE SIZE: 16" x 16" x 1" max. relief
WEIGHT: 1.75 lbs. per square foot (+/- .5 lbs.) About 3 lbs. each tile.
COLOR: The tiles are a mottled white. Surface may be sealed with a stone sealer of choice. Follow instructions on product for natural stone, cement, or gypsum. Matte sealers work well when hand applied. Gloss sealers tend to work best with spray equipment. If a paint finish is desired, it is recommend that the surface be primed prior to the finish coat. Once primed, any finish or gloss factor may be used on EZ-Seam™ panels and tiles.
MATERIAL: High grade industrial gypsum, with a lightweight core.

Fire Rating: Class A, Flame Spread Index: 0, Smoke Developed Index: 0
Not recommended for use in areas directly exposed to running water, radiant or extreme heat. Please check with our office if unsure of your application. 

Tiles are sold by the box.
Each box contains (12) tiles (or about 22 sq ft). 

Lead times are currently 2-5 business days for typical tile orders. Please note that this does not include transit time. Orders exceeding 5 boxes may require longer lead times: please contact us for lead times on full pallets and orders exceeding 5 boxes.
