Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time 

FULL SCALE PANELS & CEILING TILES: Ship in approximately 3-7 business days. Orders over 100 panels may require additional lead time. Products arrive on a pallet. Pallet jack or forklift recommended at receiving end.

SMALL TILES: Lead times are currently 2-5 business days for typical tile orders. Tile boxes ship parcel carrier. Please note that this does not include transit time. Orders exceeding 5 boxes may require longer lead times: please contact us for lead times on full pallets and orders exceeding 5 boxes.

BLOCKS: Block orders are custom crated and ship in approximately 1-5 weeks depending on the quantity.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Products do not ship to these locations. Samples may ship to APO/FPO addresses.  

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

modularArts sends tracking numbers once the order has shipped.

Customs, duties, and taxes

modularArts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

We will process claims with FedEx Freight, and typically replace products that are damaged or lost during shipping. Please immediately snap some photos of the damage when first received and submit via email to our office at info@modulararts.com.

International Shipping Policy

modularArts ships worldwide!
For online sales we only ship to the United States and Canada. Please contact our office to set up international shipping to other destinations.  

International orders: Purchaser is responsible for all duties, custom fees, taxes, etc.

Returns Policy

ModularArts will issue a refund on unused boxes of tiles and panels that are returned undamaged by the customer, less a 50% restock fee. Partial boxes and samples may not be returned or refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Refunds will be issued by mailed check.
ModularArts® Full Scale PANEL, BLOCK, and Ceiling Tile products are made to order and custom packaged. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please ensure correct product, design & quantity have been determined for your project. Accurate quantities are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
